I normally like to shop at stores like papaya, forever 21, charlotte russe, target, wet seal, bakers ect. I am a bargain shopper but if I see something I really like I’ll go ahead and by it. So ladies whats some of your favorite clothing and shoe websites to shop on?

not the ones from claires accseroies etc. with the little peppy toe thing, the ones that little kids have with the strap round the back and a little buckle.

My mother needs 2″ block heels, but has swollen feet so also needs wide-fitting shoes. The company that used to make shoes she could wear (Elmdale, Lady X, etc) has apparently gone into liquidation. She is on her last pair of shoes and we have visited LOADS of shoe shops trying to find something that will fit. We find either wide fitting/Velcro fitting shoes with low heels, or heels with straps that won’t fasten over her poor feet. Any ideas anyone, for suppliers of classic shoes that might fit the bill (and her feet)?
