I think it would be good to have some sort of heavy built shoes/boots on if you think you may get in a situation while traveling, but any suggestions on what to buy? something good for stomping on toes/heads,,raking down the shins, etc… but are also comfortable to wear….

I’m a fitness trainer and I need to look professional, but also be able to lead a workout for my clients. I hate the look of traditional running shoes with suits. Is there any other athletic shoe/cross training shoe that might pass for a regular shoe with a streamlined fit?

since motions in volleyball are similar to basketball, would it not be logical to conclude that volleyball shoes can perform well in basketball? especially since mizuno brand VB shoes utilize better technology
