You are just lucky to have narrow feet. Most of the sexy shoes are narrow womens shoes. You can never be left behind when it comes to fashionable shoes especially that there are many types of shoes perfect for your narrow feet. All you have to do is check your closet and see if you already have these major types of shoes for narrow foot.
Formal Shoes for Narrow Foot
Thankfully, the most ideal and sexiest type of shoes for special occasions is a pair of narrow womens shoes. But don’t just pick any narrow shoes. Instead, have this pair also with a high-heel. Aside from looking elegant, you will also be taller with that pair of shoes.
If you don’t feel comfortable with a high-heel, then just get a pair of kitten heel. This pair of shoes will still look elegant despite its short heels.
More than the shape and the heel, a pair of formal shoes for your narrow feet should have the most flexible color as well. You may choose black, white, gray, or any neutral color since these colors compliment well to any color of your dresses.
But if you want to look fabulous, you can choose metallic colors like gold, bronze, silver, or copper. These colors will surely brighten your appearance especially if you wear it with a little, sexy black dress.
Casual Shoes for Narrow Foot
Getting a pair of ballet flat or doll shoes can be the best narrow womens shoes for casual use. You can use these to walk around the entire day without feeling tired and painful since these shoes have flat heels. These can amazingly compliment well your dress, skirt, and trousers. You can even use these shoes all year round, no matter what the season is.
For the color, you can choose brown or black since these can be very versatile and don’t get obvious dirt that often. It’s okay if you have red, yellow, or green as long as you can mix it with a nice dress.
Athletic Shoes for Narrow Foot
It’s important that you consider your sports when choosing a pair of athletic narrow womens shoes. If you’re a runner, you probably need a pair of running shoes. If you’re a tennis player, you probably need a pair of tennis shoes. Whatever sports you are in, just make sure that the shoes is comfortable for the feet and flat enough to give you comfortable movement.
Of course, don’t forget fashion. You can have a pair of sneakers or choose a white color. Sneakers won’t be out of style and white athletic shoes will surely go well with any color of your shirt or short.
Sandals for Narrow Foot
The best thing about sandals is that any size of foot can fit in these. Sandals are adjustable and can always be worn comfortably whether you have narrow foot or not.
When choosing sandals, the most important thing to consider is the material used for it. That makes leather the most ideal sandal for narrow feet. Leather is flawlessly beautiful and can always be fashionable and flexible when worn with sundress, dress, shirt, skirt, or even shorts.
Actually, getting a pair of narrow womens shoes does not matter so much for your narrow feet. What matters the most is how a specific type of shoes can comfortably fit for you. So before you invest to a pair of formal shoes, sandals, casual shoes, or athletic shoes, make sure first that you can be comfortable with it.

If You Have Diabetes Already . . . DO: Wash feet daily. Using mild soap and lukewarm water, wash your feet in the mornings or before bed each evening. Dry carefully with a soft towel, especially between the toes, and dust your feet with talcum powder to wick away moisture. If the skin is dry, use a good moisturizing cream daily, but avoid getting it between the toes. Inspect feet and toes daily. Check your feet every day for cuts, bruises, sores or changes to the toenails, such as thickening or discoloration. If age or other factors hamper self-inspection, ask someone to help you, or use a mirror. Lose weight. People with diabetes are commonly overweight, which nearly doubles the risk of complications. Wear thick, soft socks. Socks made of an acrylic blend are well suited, but avoid mended socks or those with seams, which could rub to cause blisters or other skin injuries. Stop smoking. Tobacco can contribute to circulatory problems, which can be especially troublesome in patients with diabetes. Cut toenails straight across. Never cut into the corners, or taper, which could trigger an ingrown toenail. Use an emery board to gently file away sharp corners or snags. If your nails are hard to trim, ask your podiatrist for assistance. Exercise. As a means to keep weight down and improve circulation, walking is one of the best all-around exercises for the diabetic patient. Walking is also an excellent conditioner for your feet. Be sure to wear appropriate athletic shoes when
