can i exchange mens shoes i bought at nordstorm (with a receipt but no box)? they were worn once?

the box was recycled on thursday morning and i bought the shoes on wednesday of this week. i have the receipt still, but no box. the shoes were hardly ever worn and in great like-new condition already. they are uggs tasman men’s slippers. or could i exchange them for a different color?

    of course not!!!!! you can not return used shoes…then the next perosn who buys them will not be buying new shoes….think about being in the other persons place….buying shoes thinking that they are new but they arent

    No, most stores won’t let you return things if they’ve been worn and in your case, it’s worse because you don’t have a reciept.

    That would be like returning a hamburger with one bite in it for resale.

    IT MAKES NO SENSE.

    Unless there is something wrong with them (that was there when you bought them), ABSOLUTELY NOT!

    If they’re worn on the bottom or dirty – they won’t take them back. If not, Nordstrom’s has a pretty good return policy so you should be able to exchange them.
