Hmm.. I am not sure you would fit in a kid’s shoe size. Try going ot the shoe store and picking out a kid’s shoe that looks like it would fit, and try it on. Can’t hurt.
There arn’t any sizes that go that big in kids. Once you get past 4 or 5, it’s women’s and men’s sizes. But if you have to, go for the biggest size in kids.
They don’t usually have past size 5. Although I am a size 5 in womens and sometimes I fit into a size 4 kids. But its best if you go to the store yourself and actually try them on.
There is no correlation there. You need to have your foot measured. So visit a place where they sell shoes and ask to have your foot measured. It doesn’t cost anything.
oops: I misread the question. Sorry. I don’t think you can wear a kids shoe. I think you are just past that point at a size 6. I have someone that I work with who has a teenaged daughter who wears the largest kid size for a shoe. But you know she might be a size 6 in women’s. You could try the largest kid size shoe. If I remember correctly (just talking about this a few weeks ago) that she only went with a kids because size 6 in the shoe she wanted wasn’t available.

Women’s sizes are about 1&1/2 to 2 sizes larger than mens/kids sizes.
So, you’d be about a 4 1/2…

I can’t help you with an exact size, but in the past have bought boys western lace up boots in a size 6 (cheaper than adults) and I wear an 8.5-9.
