my children do on nice summer days and at weekends or if we are visiting family or going somewhere special. I put socks on with them. As my girls are all under 3 then during the week to nursery they wear their trainners. When they do go to school I will get them a decent pair of school shoes but I wouldnt pay for a really expensive pair for school as their feet grow really quickly

Yes she wears them to church, weddings or any where that requires looking a little nicer. And I bought a few dress socks and tights, it looks nicer.

yes, they do, and they have dress sox, for church, special occasions, if we visit gramma, my kids don’t really mind so when they want to go out looking good they also wear them

My kids wear dress shoes to school, then really only when they have to. They do not usually wear them to church, as most of the time they wear a nice shirt/top and good jeans. I was always taught that God doesn’t care what you wear to church, just that you go. Many of the people at our church, adults and kids wear jeans. As for other times, only when they have to dress up for something. And if they are wearing the dress shoes, yes they wear dress socks, with the exception of school. My son does once in a while to school, my daughter never.

Yes–once in awhile–to special parties–formal dinners, etc…But they don’t stay on that long!! If there are a lot of kids at these places–they often wind up taking their shoes off and running around–probably because most of them are not used to wearing dress shoes for a long time!! But no-not to school..if they are wearing dress shoes–hmmm..I think we try to use dress socks–but if those aren’t available–if they are lost–well–plain black socks that go with sneakers work fine too…because no one is really checking…

My daughter’s only 11 months old, so she doesn’t wear shoes at all.

When she’s outside, she has soft leather moccassins that protect her feet but don’t make it difficult to walk.

I hated dress shoes when I was younger. They’re uncomfortable. I’d reserve them for special occasions only.
