The "theory" appears sound, however this action places extreme pressure on the tip of the toes and ankles. It also pitches the body forward and makes walking harder. Heel breakage is actually easier when toppling from full pressure at the toe. I don't suggest a slam full heel force in any heel. The pressure and motion is individual and found by practice as achieving in any art. Keep up your good work :-D I am glad you do make heel contact.
