		<description>Actually, part of that may be muscle imbalance, especially if your feet point well away from the centerline you walk.  

I noticed that in my feet, in elementary school.  I trained my feet to point almost straight ahead.  Now my heels just wear in the back, a little bit offcenter.

Standing toe presses also helped.

Just go to a good running shoe store.  They shoudl take enough time to fit you, and know their shoes well.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
