For this I recommend a stop to Wal-Mart, you can get the boots for about $30.00USD. The Converses on the other hand are relatively overpriced, flimsy, and wear out fast and sell for about $50.00USD, however in my opinion they look cooler as they age. As for athletic shoes, it depends on what you will use them for. If you want a pair of spartan (basic) athletic shoes at a relatively good price, you can't go wrong with Reebok tennis shoes. Nikes in my opinion are undersized, expensive, uncomfortable, and relatively clunky.
