Then you can fine tune it by lacing appropriately. Runner&#039;s World has a few short videos demonstrating different lacing techniques depending upon your specific issue. 		<description>I don&#039;t get foot pain and I lace my shoes a little differently.  I lace my shoes from the top down to the bottom of the shoe.  So instead of tying the laces at the top of the shoe I tie them by my toes.  It works for my running shoes, but I don&#039;t know about other athletic shoes.&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
