I’m looking for some size 9 or 10 ladies shoes. I want flat or low heeled ones, preferable with a peep toe so I can sure off my painted toes! I’m looking for a plum/grape/berry or damson colour to match a radley handbag. I’ve tried ebay with no success. Help?
As this is the UK site I assume that you’re somewhere in the UK – in which case, a visit to Oxford Street in London could well solve all your problems – make a day trip of it if you can, if only to SEE what’s available, then go back to your home town and DEMAND they get what you want if you haven’t already bought it there – it’s the only way to make some of these places see sense, having got much too used to the old nonsense about "Oh, there’s no call for that…" Make it plain to them that YOU are calling for it !-
They are canvas vans, I normally don’t like to wash shoes.. but he stepped in mud the first time he wore them.
Can this mess up your dryer? That’s the only thing in the dryer too.
Thanks guys! The noise is very annoying! lol oh well!
I used to dry my sons shoes in the dryer all the time- that is until last year, don’t ask me how but while they were in there one got stuck against the side and one of the roter things inside which lodged the drum and ended up burning out the dryer. So after that I leave mine sit out over night or in the sun. ( my son is only 9 so he does not have huge shoes)
I just bought a red and black bcbg kimono style dress. It hangs above my knee. I am trying to figure out what type of boots or shoes with tights or pantyhose would look completely hot. Please help.
you can wear a black pumps those with pointy toe and a nude pantyhose.Youcan also wear a very sheer black pantyhose. It would look very sexy. Legging will make it less sexy considering the style of your dress. Best is nude or black pantyhose with black pumps.
Is there a certain way to lace up a athletic shoe or is it just preference? Should the laces come up from under the grommet or over and down through the grommet? Does anyone find that if they lace their shoes up in a different way that they experience foot pain?
Up from under seems to be the standard. BUT, it all depends on how your shoe fits your foot. Start with a good shoe that fits your foot. Then you can fine tune it by lacing appropriately. Runner’s World has a few short videos demonstrating different lacing techniques depending upon your specific issue. I am specifically looking for Pink (BABY PINK) shoes to accompany a wedding outfit. Preferably Court type shoes, although anything in the right shade will be considered. Only have 5 weeks to get some.
okay i just googled lunar shoes and the third site down that came up said they sold lunar ladies shoes, google it my dear!
I’v seen it here and on other pareting message boards. I have also got comments from people in person. Comments like why does your son still have his shoes on? Don’t his feet get hot in those shoes. On the internet there is always someone telling telling parents to let their kids go barefoot (it’s fun… with a link to a pro barefoot website). Or someone saying how bad shoes are for kids feet. I mean if the kid does not mind wearing them what is the big deal as long as they fit? I would much rather him be shoed than risk hurting his feet. Plus do people really want their kids feet to be all callused? Just wondering why parents are passing their hate for shoes on to their kids and trying to on others.
That’s pretty obsessive and annoying. I’m always barefoot, and I do encourage those parents and children who like their kids to be barefoot -in showing there are no health department regulations against public barefooting, in providing them such links to the health benefits of being barefoot to show those who tell them to put shoes on their kids’ feet.
But I only provide such links to support those who already like going barefoot & to see that at least it is *allowed* in places for those who want it; I would never tell someone they or their children should not wear shoes. I think the most important thing about footwear, lack of footwear, or any other clothing for that matter, is that it should be FREE CHOICE of the WEARER (or the parent if the child is still very little). I’ve even argued against shoes-off rules in the house, and the only time I may suggest others should go barefoot, is sometimes when they complain about ill-fitting or uncomfortable footwear.
